It has just been announced that a new Apple store will open in Australia on Saturday 26 June. The new store will have a host of Apple products including the popular iPad tablet device.

According to Apple Australia, a new store will be opened in Perth this Saturday at 790 Hay Street, Perth, WA, 6000. Doors will open at 9am AWST.

The new Apple store will have the latest range of products from the popular manufacturer including the iPad, Mac mini, MacBook, MacBook Pro, iPod touch and iPhone 3GS.

The iPad is currently one of the most popular in this line up and has been selling out across the country. The device allows consumers to browse the web, read and send email, view photos, watch videos, listen to music, play games and read ebooks.

As with all Apple stores, the new development in Perth will offer a range of free services to help customers get the most out of their purchase. This includes face-to-face support and advice at the Genius Bar, hand-on workshops and even programs for kids.

In addition to this any customer that buys a Mac in store or online can join the Apple One program. For $129, Mac customers are able to customise their computer and transfer files from their old computer and a year of personal training sessions and personal project support. Some topics covered include: getting started on a Mac, advancing digital photography and movie making skills.
