Crust Gourmet Pizza Bars has opened its first franchise outside of Australia in Holland Village, Singapore.

Holland Village has long been a popular eating spot. Over 100 guests attended the opening night of the Crust pizza restaurant earlier this month.

Crust’s co-founder and managing director Costa Anastasiadis says he is pleased to bring the pizza concept to an international market.

“Singapore is a thriving market and as soon as we visited the area we knew it was a strong fit for our business. We’ve had a great response from customers already and we’re delighted that the city has fallen in love with our pizza,” he says.

The pizza chain has had its creative chef Peter Augoustis develop a specific menu for the Asian market.

“We offer a wide range of choices from Mediterranean and Continental flavours to Asian inspired cuisine, there is something for everyone,” Anastasiadis says.

Crust currently has 62 stores in Australia and has recently opened its first store in West Australia.
