Retail fit-out company One Group Retail Experience has selected Epicor Software’s 9 next-generation enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution to support its business throughout Australia.

Having previously worked with retailers including The Just Group, Sportsgirl and Telstra, One Group said the centralised technology platform will assist in streamlining and consolidating all business and IT processes across its four business units – Australasian Retail Projects, JRB Shopfitting, Focus Shopfitters, and FINN.
The company required a centralised ERP platform to provide a single point of accountability for all key business systems including financials, CRM, project and inventory management.
