The new website has been developed for easier navigation so shoppers can access categories including fashion, living, kids, beauty, and wine. The will also simplify its checkout process so consumers will be to buy from all different categories and only pay one shipping fee at check out. More product details, brand, shipping and return information will also be available on the site.
To complement this relaunch is the upgraded brandsExclusive app that will be available for iPad and iPhone. Search options have also been added to each sales event allow customers to employ gender and colour filters for easier browsing.
Using the app, consumers will be able to preview the latest sales events and products without logging in and also share content via social media sites including Twitter, Facebook and via email.
brandsExclusive founding director Daniel Jarosch said the new app has been revamped with the mobile customer in mind with 50 per cent of the company’s purchases are now be made via the mobile.
