Kylie Watson Wheeler is the managing director of Walt Disney consumer products. She will join a panel of people. who all form part of the Licensing Industry Merchandisers Association (LIMA). They will be sharing their knowledge about licensing and the value it has.

RB: Briefly (in one or two points) explain what you'll be speaking about at the Conference?
KWW: Licensing is frequently misunderstood and therefore under-utilised. This presentation will provide an inside look into a variety of different forms of Licensing and it’s benefits.
 
RB: Why do you believe this/these topic(s) are important and relevant to retailers?
KWW: Consumers will pay more for Licensed product. Establishing how to develop a Licensed product portfolio relevant to your consumers will generate incremental sales.
 
RB: Can you provide comment about the current state of the Australian retail sector and ONE tip you'd give to retailers? 
KWW: Retail is experiencing challenges from all directions. As consumers have more choice than ever, it's important for bricks and mortar retailers to offer an experience for their consumers that cannot be replicated elsewhere. As well as generating incremental revenue, licensed programs can bring theatre and excitement to your consumers.'
