Scentre Group launched a new drive-thru contactless click and collect service across all Australian Westfield shopping centres.
Westfield Direct enables customers to purchase products online from multiple Westfield retailers in one transaction and pick them up from the convenience of their car at their local centre.
The service is available at over 350 retailers offering up to 8,000 products across a variety of categories from fresh food and quick eats including Harris Farm, Bakers Delight, Haigh’s Chocolates, Starbucks, Betty’s Burgers, Donut King and Boost Juice, to everyday essentials and lifestyle retailers such as Harry Hartog, L’Occitane and Aesop. Additional retailers are joining the platform each day.
