Leading provider of HR and workforce management solutions, UKG has announced a strategic partnership with leader in the provision of payroll software solutions, Frontier Software, bringing an enterprise payroll solution to UKG customers in Australia and New Zealand.
With 40 years of experience in payroll, Frontier Software supports 1,700 customers worldwide including key government, healthcare, and retail organisations in ANZ. With the addition of Frontier Software to UKG, enterprise customers now have access to a full-suite solution of HR, workforce management, and payroll services.
UKG managing director of ANZ/SEA, Charlie DeWitt said, “One of the most important elements in a partnership is trust. Individually, UKG and Frontier Software have trusted relationships with customers because of our respective longstanding histories, people-first approach, and experience in the HR marketplace.
“UKG and Frontier Software are like-minded organisations in their devotion to customers’ success, business approach, and ethos, making this a compelling partnership that will deliver better outcomes for enterprise customers.”
This partnership will see tight integration between UKG and Frontier Software so that enterprise organisations can benefit from a solution that spans through operations from time capture to payslips. Customers will see improved employee experience and enhanced compliance to meet the specific and complex requirements of the ANZ market.
Frontier Software CEO, Nick Southcombe added, “The legislative and wage compliance environment in ANZ is challenging for enterprise organisations and is high on the agenda of leaders and boards. In addition, many organisations are looking to consolidate vendors to deliver fewer touch points and increased efficiencies.
“With this partnership, enterprise organisations will now be in a better position, with the right configuration and implementation, to handle these challenges through a single provider leveraging the expertise and knowledge of both Frontier Software and UKG. New and existing customers of either company will gain significant value, particularly with regards to support.”
