Italian tech company and international leader in digital drive-to-store, ShopFully is combining with leader for data-based, 360-degree drive-to-store marketing solutions, MEDIA Central Group, based in Germany.
The MEDIA Central Group is a leading omnichannel communication solution provider, supporting retailers and brands across German, Austrian, Swiss and Central Eastern European markets. Through its subsidiaries MEDIA Central, Offerista Group and Yagora GmbH, the Group offers a comprehensive set of drive to store solutions.
This transaction allows both MEDIA Central and ShopFully to strengthen their investments in digital solutions and accelerate their international development. The combined entity now stands as one of the leading and largest drive-to-store marketing platforms in Europe and beyond.
The group resulting from this combination offers a reach of almost 200million shoppers to major retailers and brands across Europe and internationally, with a team of more than 900 people managing over 600 million Euros in aggregated customer budgets and activities in more than 25 countries.
Stefano Portu maintains his role as ShopFully CEO and takes on a new role as CEO Digital of the group, including ShopFully, Offerista and Yagora.
