This year, Australia Post is celebrating its 10th anniversary in partnership with the Online Retail Industry Awards (ORIAS), encouraging ecommerce businesses across the country to apply.
The Australia Post ORIAS is the original industry event highlighting brands that have achieved retail excellence over the past 12 months. The 2024 awards will also include the newly established Australia Post Impact Award categories including:
Small Business Innovation Award: Targeted at small businesses that have innovated to deliver a new product of service, outstanding customer experience or business process.
Sustainability Impact Award:Recognising businesses driving sustainable change within the ecommerce industry through demonstrated process, product or innovation.
Diversity and Inclusion Impact Award: Celebrating ecommerce businesses that have contributed to supporting diversity and fostering inclusion within their business including a culturally and linguistically diverse workforce, supporting disability, gender equality, Indigenous affairs, LGBTQIA+ and Veterans.
“This year’s ORIAS awards celebrate a decade of partnership with Australia Post, and we look forward to continuing this relationship in the years to come,” Australia Post executive general manager of parcel, post and ecommerce services, Gary Starr said.

Registrations for the Australia Post 2024 ORIAS awards are open until 9 May 2024, with finalists announced at the Gala dinner on 25 July.
