Poolwerx, the world’s largest global franchise pool service brand, has appointed seasoned franchise veteran, Steven Greenbaum to its board. With over 30 years of experience in the franchise industry, Greenbaum brings a wealth of knowledge, acumen and expertise to help elevate the brand’s growth and strategic direction.
“Franchising is about creating diverse opportunities, engaging with broad audiences and the chance to manage multiple revenue streams,” Greenbaum said.
“Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with many like-minded people to develop business opportunities and build a shared vision. I am honoured to join Poolwerx, an established ANZ brand that is leading the charge in this space.”
Greenbaum began his franchising career when he founded PostNet International, a company which he grew to over 700 locations worldwide before selling in 2017. Greenbaum has successfully managed several large-scale organisations, including Best Life Brands with over 550 franchise locations across the US and Canada, and Full Contact Franchising. He also appeared on Season 4 of CBS’s Undercover Boss and has served as chairman of the International Franchise Association.
“John O’Brien and I have always connected on our shared experiences as founders. I am deeply impressed by the people-first culture he has built at Poolwerx and the role the company has in creating a healthy and thriving environment for people to create lifelong backyard memories,” he said.
