Leading returns and reverse logistics platform, Loop has introduced Order Tracking by Loop, a new solution that allows merchants to create custom tracking pages for their customers.  

Loop’s new offering will also provide personalised product recommendations to customers, taking order status checks a step further and converting them into revenue. Loop is offering Order Tracking for free through peak season for any brands using their returns solution.

Within three months of utilising Loop’s Order Tracking solution, jewellerybrand, Electric Picks reduced customer support inquiries related to new orders by 55.5%.

Order Tracking by Loop offers shoppers the ability to initiate a return directly from the tracking page immediately after a package is marked ‘delivered’, along with providing easy access to review and manage any terminal shipping errors.

Tracking pages can also embed Loop’s Smart Recommendations engine to encourage repeat purchases. Brands can take advantage of free branded Order Tracking through early 2025.
