ING and on-demand delivery platform, Menulog, have joined forces to give eligible customers with Orange Everyday and Savings Maximiser accounts six months of unlimited free delivery for orders over $20 or more with Menulog.

Eligible customers can take advantage of this offer from 8 October 2024. Those who aren’t currently ING customers can sign up for both an Orange Everyday and Savings Maximiser account before 24 November 2024 and follow the steps for this offer.

The perk comes as 75% of Australians who used food delivery services in the last 12 months have had to cut back on usage due to the rising cost of living, according to new research by ING. This is despite over two in five admitting food delivery services bring enjoyment to their lives, and more than two-thirds (68%) saying they are more likely to order from food delivery services if there are no delivery fees involved.

ING head of daily banking, Dina Kotsopoulos said, “It’s clear from the research that many Australians are tightening their belts and foregoing on things that bring them joy. This new offer builds on our overall benefits package which aims to alleviate some of the costs of living pressures.

“From free unlimited Menulog delivery for six months on eligible orders, to no ING international transaction fees and up to 1% cashback on utility bills for eligible customers, there are many ways we’re helping customers during these challenging times.”

Menulog marketing director, Simon Cheng added, “As the only locally founded on-demand delivery platform, Menulog is thrilled to be partnering with ING to deliver greater value to customers all over Australia. We recognise the power of delivery in providing ease and convenience for all Australians. That’s why we’re excited for this partnership to help maximise savings in every household to deliver a bit of joy.”
