This comprehensive 24-month care and service plan offers Australian customers the option to refresh or replace their device on demand for ‘any reason’ and includes an extension of Reebelo’s warranty.

The benefits of ReebeloCare extend further with multiple service options, regardless of the condition of the covered item. Customers can select the service journey that best suits them, with refresh options including mail-in, walk-in and come-to-you, or a replacement with up to three device options to choose from.

For added peace of mind, ReebeloCare plans offer global coverage. There is also a 24/7 self-service portal for Reebelo customers to make service requests while also providing over-the-phone support for those who prefer speaking to an agent.
