For more than 40 years, RMS Cloud has provided an all-in-one property management platform to hospitality businesses in Australia and globally.

With over 7,000 properties worldwide using its software, RMS Cloud empowers hospitality businesses to optimise resources and enhance operational efficiency. From an integrated channel manager and booking engine to tools that improve guest experiences and streamline processes.

RMS Cloud has been using Adyen for Platforms since 2022 and has recently renewed its partnership with Adyen.

RMS Cloud founder and CEO, Peter Buttigieg said, “This partnership marks a significant milestone for RMS Cloud as we continue to grow the business both locally and overseas. We want to continue to provide the best-in-business platform for our users that is secure and reliable.

“In order to meet the needs of an evolving industry, it’s vital for us to work with a partner like Adyen who’s able to take our platform to the next level and provide our customers with the best and most effective solutions to manage and operate their properties.”

Powered by Adyen’s technology, RMS Pay offers a fully embedded payment solution. This integration simplifies financial management for properties by consolidating payments, reconciliation, and reporting into a single platform. The result is significant cost reductions, with properties reporting savings of between $50,000 to $200,000 annually. Additionally, properties have also seen heightened efficiencies with six times faster payment processing time and a 93% decrease in disputes.

Adyen’s technology has effectively changed the platform experience for the better. Properties across the globe are now able to leverage the power of one singular platform for all reconciliation and reporting needs, as well as benefit from cost savings with reduced disputes and chargebacks. The integration has led to a significant increase in contactless check-ins.

Adyen Australia and New Zealand country manager, Hayley Fisher said, “We are thrilled to continue our journey with RMS Cloud in a partnership that is growing from strength to strength. In an industry where operational efficiency is crucial, we know that embedding payments and providing a simple way to report and reconcile back office functions can be a gamechanger. We are proud to be the partner of choice for RMS Cloud in helping them attain a streamlined and simplified platform experience.”
