IGA has officially unveiled IGA Quay Quarter, a new state-of-the-art independently owned supermarket located in the heart of Sydney, minutes away from iconic landmarks.
The supermarket is located inside the Quay Quarter Tower on 50 Bridge Street at the centre of the Market Hall, allowing office workers, locals and tourists alike to drop in for a quick meal or complete a full shop.
IGA Quay Quarter has a strong focus on delivering a fresh and high-quality offering across all departments with a wide selection of seasonal fresh produce and healthy and organic products, specialty Asian products, selection of flowers and liquor with carefully curated wines, combined with the value and offers shoppers have come to expect from IGA stores.
From humble beginnings, owners and lifelong friends, Jim and Lee first opened an IGA store in Circular Quay in 2008. They were well known for displaying their direct phone number at the front of the store for feedback from shoppers. They now own IGA Rosebery and IGA Waterloo and are returning to where they began their retail career in Circular Quay.
“We are excited to open our doors in Circular Quay again after our original store closed at the end of 2017. We have worked incredibly hard to create a new supermarket that will provide value, convenience and a variety of products for our city shoppers. From a large offering of convenience meals, to tailored Asian ranges across the supermarket, there is something for everyone at our new store,” they said.
IGA Quay Quarter will be open Monday to Friday between 7am and 8pm and Saturdays between 8am and 8pm.
