THE ICONIC customers can now pick up, try-on and return orders on the spot at a new HUBBED concept store in Martin Place, Sydney.
Located within the new metro station, the HUBBED concept store has been brought to life through partnerships with THE ICONIC and CouriersPlease.
The HUBBED X THE ICONIC concept store combines the convenience of online shopping with the practicalities of a physical store. Customers can collect their order, try it on in a change room and return, if required.
Customers can also drop off RCYCL and REWEAR satchels containing clothing for recycling or for donation to Salvos Stores, available through THE ICONIC’s RCYCL partnership, launched on-site earlier this month.
THE ICONIC chief operating officer, Rostin Javadi said, “We’re thrilled to partner with HUBBED on this innovative venture. Offering our customers Click & Collect convenience is paramount to creating a better way to shop.
“We can’t wait to see how customers respond to the ‘try-on’ element with the launch of this concept store. It’s an exciting development in THE ICONIC’s commitment to a seamless shopping experience.”

Customers can check out using the HUBBED concept store by selecting ‘pick-up’ at the delivery menu and selecting HUBBED Martin Place metro. Orders will be shipped via CouriersPlease and available for collection during HUBBED opening hours, 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
THE ICONIC will host two weeks of activations at the HUBBED store from Monday 5th November to Friday 15th November.
