Australia’s leading cashback platform, Cashrewards has announced significant investments in its Circuit Media division as part of its plan to drive three times revenue growth in FY25.
The company has bolstered its team with two new key hires focusing on agency sales with senior business development managers, Lauren Beach (ex-Cartology) and Rosalinde Czysnok (ex-News Corp), as well as senior BDMs, Ellie Mannix and Jessica May, who will be dedicated to working on direct client partnerships.
These hires come on the back of a successful launch of the Circuit Media proposition in FY24, which gained traction with key clients such as Temu, Hubbl, Chemist Warehouse, and Estee Lauder. As Cashrewards moves into FY25, the company plans to build on this momentum, increasing engagement and offerings within the retail media space.
To further streamline focus and ensure Circuit Media’s objectives are fully aligned with the broader company’s strategy, the reporting line for this division has moved under the CMO, Zara Cobb. This aims to better integrate marketing expertise with Circuit’s media capabilities to deliver value for both brands and consumers.
“FY24 was an exciting year for Cashrewards with the launch of Circuit Media, but FY25 is about taking it to the next level. With the expertise that Lauren, Rozaline, Ellie, and Jessica bring, along with our sharpened focus on retail media growth driven by our general manager of retail media, Lachlan Brahe, we are on track to exceed expectations and drive Circuit forward as a key component of our business,” Cobb said.
