Leading Australian tile supplier, Amber Tiles, has launched the world famous Trend collection of coloured glass, Venetian enamel and gold leaf tesserae.
Trend’s stunning array of superbly crafted mosaic tiles are now available at Amber’s 29 outlets across NSW, ACT and QLD, in a range of brilliant colours, shapes and textures.
The range includes the glass mosaic Aquatica collection, specifically designed for swimming pools and water features, with a suite of colours and patterns that exquisitely reflect the brightness of the sky and water.
Amber Tiles has also introduced the Hexagonal and Brillante mosaic tesserae collections, which are made from semi-transparent molten glass, enriched with sparkling enamels and aventurina stone. The mixing of two glass colours achieves stunning veining effects on the surface.
Trend’s Shining Collection features opaque molten glass mosaic tesserae, producing an iridescent effect from the addition of semi-precious metals when the glass is still in a semi-liquid state. The collection comes in a range of cool and warmer colours, offering endless design possibilities.
For those desiring an even more sustainable mosaic tile option, the Feel collection is the results of cutting edge technology- created from recycled molten glass, using up to 78% post-consumer material.
Trend’s finest mosaic collection, Aureo, in the Amber Tiles range has been designed to create an exquisite, opulent look, the collection comes from the time-honoured combination of glass and that most precious metal – 24 carat gold. This gold leaf mosaic is produced in three different designs – Traditional, Modern and Karma.
Trend mosaic tiles come with the innovative TREND PLUS mosaic backing system, which supports the sheets of glass mosaic and makes the installation of the material easier and faster. It can be used with every kind of specific adhesives for glass mosaic (concrete, polyurethane and epoxy), ensuring a perfect seal in any interior or external application.
