Charter Hall has announced the unexpected retirement of Glenn Fraser, a non-executive director, from the board effective immediately.
Fraser also retires as chairman of the group audit risk and compliance committee.
"Fraser has served with distinction on the Board and on several Committees since his appointment as a non-executive director in 2005," said Kerry Roxburgh, chairman of the Board. "Glenn has made a positive contribution to the Group over many years and we will miss his constructive and balanced approach. We all express our appreciation to him and we wish him and his family well for the future.”
Anne Brennan, an independent non-executive director, has agreed to be acting chair of the board’s audit risk and compliance committee.
