Cold Rock Cleveland and Victoria Point owner Christine Paul has been awarded for her commitment to customer service.
The Brisbane bayside businesswoman won the Award for Excellence in Customer Service in the Retail Sector at the 2011 Redland Retail Awards after being nominated by customers.
Paul said she is thankful for everyone who voted as it shows her customer’s support for local businesses.
“Winning the award is a great honour,” she said.
“My philosophy is all about providing fantastic customer service and as long as a customer walks out with a smile on their face, then we’ve done our job. I really enjoy my job because Cold Rock is such a fun and friendly business to work within – who wouldn’t be happy serving up unique ice cream creations for a living?"
The Cold Rock Cleveland was her first store where she took over management in 2008, before opening Cold Rock Victoria Point last December.
