Retail pharmacy chain Discount Drug Stores (DDS) has appointed Doug Kuskopf-Dallas as the first general manager.
Having worked for the company for five years as national buying and promotions manager, Kuskopf-Dallas said he was proud to lead a growing brand in
its development, particularly at a time where the pharmacy channel is more competitive than ever.
“I’m looking forward to my new role and am very excited about the direction and future for DDS,” he said.
“The challenges that the industry faces actually present DDS, and other well-organised retail brands, with opportunities as independent pharmacy owners, or indeed owners that are in poorly performing brands, look for a retail brand to help grow and protect their market.
“DDS is extremely well placed to compete in the retail market place and to continue to strengthen the brand.”
