eBay’s advertising network business, eBay Commerce Network, has announced its partnership with online shopping aggregator Lasoo.com.au to deliver a richer shopping experience for its customers.
Adam Shalagin, Australia country manager for eBay Commerce Network said the partnership is an endorsement of the company’s advertising network offering for merchants.
“Our robust network ensures that we’re able to deliver increased value to advertisers, enabling commerce for publishers and providing real-time access to all services, products, features, listings and merchants,” he said.
Lasoo, which is owned by Salmat, will be able to broaden its portfolio of online retailers to include international brands, complementing the thousands of catalogue deals from retailers such as Target, BIG W and Aldi, already on the Lasoo website.
“More and more Australians are using the internet to not only buy online but influence the purchasing decisions they make in-store and on their mobiles,” said Dom Finnegan, executive general manager of Lasoo. “Lasoo’s partnership with the eBay Commerce Network will provide Australian shoppers with a richer, more interactive shopping experience online, helping them discover and research a wider range of products and services from leading local and international retailers.”
eBay Commerce Network is continuing to build its merchant partnerships on the strength of its expanding advertising network. Merchant customers include Kogan, The Iconic, oo.com.au and CrazySales.com.au.
