Work Operating System (WS), monday.com, has seen 300% year-on-year revenue growth and increased customer numbers by 53% since launching in Australia about 18 months ago.

monday.com helps organisations create tools and processes needed to manage every aspect of their work with unique low-code no-code technology that enables companies to create a unified workspace.

monday.com has acquired thousands of new customers since launching, including Destination NSW, Ray White, RMIT Online and Energy Australia. With overall customers increasing from 7,000 in 2020 to 12,000 in 2021, Australia is one of the fastest growing markets for the company.

Country manager for Australia and New Zealand, Dean Swan is actively hiring to support the growth with plans to more than double headcount in the next 12 months to help Australian customers keep productivity high.

“We have seen a tremendous amount of growth locally in the past year and a half and it’s a testament to monday.com’s agile platform and its use case across not only IT enterprise, but also departments such as marketing, customer experience and human resources in industries spanning from retail to education to hospitality to sales,” Swann said.

“Australian organisations have gone through massive disruption and turbulent times, but having one agile Work OS platform that allows for cross-functional alignment and breaks down large amounts of work into manageable tasks, is a game-changer. We’re excited to continue to help businesses create the tools and solutions they need to manage every aspect of their business.”
