Cross-channel marketing solutions provider Responsys has been selected by online retailer OO.com.au to help enhance its digital marketing programs across web, social and display.
Using Responsys interact suite, OO.com.au will roll-out an integrated cross channel CRM program.
OO.com.au online marketing manager Alfredo Caballero said the core part of the strategy will focus on leveraging actionable intelligence to drive the company’s customer retention strategy.

Prior to engaging Responsys, OO.com.au was collecting customer data in multiple environments across the business.
