Pinterest has announced its first advertiser summit, Pinterest Presents, to be held virtually on March 3, 2021.
Hosted for advertisers in key markets including the US, UK, France, Germany, Canada and Australia, the virtual summit is designed to provide marketers with an exclusive look at the company’s latest ad product updates which offer more opportunities for advertisers to reach the 450 million Pinterest users worldwide.
During the event, participants will hear from Pinterest CEO, Ben Silbermann, chief marketing officer, Andréa Mallard, head of content and creator partnerships, Aya Kanai, and head of growth and shopping product, Dan Lurie. Sessions for each country will explore diversity and inclusion, sustainability, scaling e-commerce, designing for accessibility, and entrepreneurship.
In Australia and New Zealand, Pinterest Australia agency lead, Ryan Goldsworthy will speak with industry leader, Megan Brownlow, about how self-actualised brands embrace conscious commerce and align with social good. Author, speaker, coach, and ironman athlete, Turia Pitt will discuss how she has overcome hardships and embraces inspiration.
A range of cultural icons and celebrated fashion and entertainment stars will be joining the line-up with exclusive advice for marketers, which will be revealed to registrants closer to the event.
