preezie has partnered with women’s online clothing boutique, Blue Bungalow to launch its AI-powered shopping assistant in a first-of-its-kind rollout for the fashion industry. Early access sign-ups are now open ahead of full public release in the first quarter of 2025.
preezie’s AI shopping assistant offers real-time, hyper-personalised product recommendations that help customers navigate sizing, fit, and style through an easy-to-use interface designed to mirror in-store support.
Blue Bungalow is the first retailer to integrate the shopping assistant on its website. By tailoring recommendations to shopper preferences, body measurements, and style, the AI assistant aims to reduce return rates, as well as increase customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Blue Bungalow founder and managing director, Chiu-Ling Lee said, “We jumped at the chance to partner with preezie and be first to market with their new AI shopping assistant. We strongly believe that AI will transform and enhance the online shopping experience, especially for retailers with large catalogues, helping customers discover products that match their preferences and find the perfect fit without having to look at a size guide.”
preezie co-founder and CEO, Michael Tutek believes the AI shopping assistant marks a new era in personalised retail.
“Our pilot with Blue Bungalow has showcased the assistant’s potential to transform online shopping through AI-powered, tailored experiences. We’re thrilled to extend this opportunity to other retailers looking to elevate their e-commerce experience and foster deeper connections with customers,” he said.
Built specifically for e-commerce platforms like Shopify, with upcoming support for platforms such as BigCommerce, Squarespace, and Wix in 2025, preezie’s AI shopping assistant leverages advanced Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) to tackle common retail challenges.
preezie’s technology transforms raw product data into a highly detailed, enriched information set to power a seamless and intelligent online shopping experience. By decoding user language and behaviour, customer input is converted into specialised e-commerce intent. Leveraging a deep understanding of conversation history, the system delivers smarter and more accurate recommendations.
The technology analyses sizing charts, product specifications, and individual measurements to deliver precise fit guidance, while handling frequently asked questions about sizing, fit, availability, and shipping in real-time. It leverages natural language search, personalised recommendations, and complementary product bundling to boost average order values (AOV).
Retailers can sign up for early access to preezie’s AI shopping assistant before the full launch in 2025.
