Gloria Jean’s Coffees is revamping itself and has marked it with the opening of its new-look kiosk in Melbourne Central.
The kiosk design incorporates the coffee chain’s Coffee House of the Future vision that contains new elements including a sleek interior design, characterised by a contemporary appearance, clean lines and quality finishes.
Gloria Jean’s Coffees CEO â€Â Pacific Gareth Pike said Melbourne Central was the first in the kiosk format to undergo the major branding overhaul, developed by global branding experts, JGA Incorporated, Immersed Marketing and Otto Design Interiors.
“This is the largest project undertaken by Gloria Jean’s Coffees in the history of the brand,” he said.
“Our new Coffee House of the Future vision sets our sights firmly on the future and will ensure Gloria Jean’s Coffees remains at the cutting edge of the specialty coffee market.”
As part of the new vision, new team roles have been created – Maitre’d, Baristas and Purveyors – to provide knowledge at every touch point of the coffee house, as well as a new food menu.
“The Coffee House of the Future vision is to deliver a great coffee experience to our guests, in a unique, contemporary environment. Stateâ€Âofâ€Âthe art technology together with our new speciality team will ensure each guest receives an exceptional experience every time they visit,” Pike said.
Gloria Jean’s Coffees plans to open a further 40 new coffee houses within the next year incorporating the Coffee House of the Future.
