Adyen is now welcoming guest experience platform, ROLLER, to Adyen for Platforms. ROLLER is a leading all-in-one software provider for leisure and entertainment venues that supports ticketing, access management, point-of-sale, payments and more.
By combining Adyen for Platforms, ROLLER now comes equipped with a singular and complete view of the guest journey across every touchpoint, through Adyen’s unified commerce solution.
Guest journeys that were once traditionally captured separately can now be interlinked. From the initial purchase made online to purchases such as food, drinks and gifts made physically within the venues, through to post visit sales when a guest purchases merchandise online.
The consolidated integration of data means guest data is now easily available, verified and consolidated, eliminating queuing times and friction points when navigating upgrades, downgrades or refunds.
