Leading payments fintech, Openpay has partnered with Brand Collective, Australia’s house of brands in footwear and apparel.
Under the Brand Collective deal, Openpay will be available online and in-store across 10 national brands including Shoes & Sox, Hush Puppies, Clarks and Superdry.
Last year, Openpay’s partnership with leading in-store point of sale platform, Apparel 21 and more recently with ecommerce platform, BigCommerce supported the addition of Openpay as a payment option across Brand Collective group.
These aggregator integrations were designed to enable merchants using the Apparel 21 or BigCommerce platforms to seamlessly switch Openpay on.
Openpay is now available at the checkout across these brands, giving consumers the option to choose how they would like to pay with two, three, and four-month plans.
Openpay head of retail, Sonia Nixon said, “Our team is excited to offer Brand Collective to our customers. A host of quality, household brands that appeal to our ‘all Australian’ customer base, kids, men, and women.
“In this sense partnering with Brand Collective is a huge milestone for Openpay as the deal aligns strongly with our vision of providing broad market access to flexible and longer plans that enable consumers to better manage their cashflow.
“It’s also a deal that brings to bear our model of working with aggregator partners, to make integrating Openpay truly seamless for merchants of any size.”
Brand Collective general manager for IT and digital, Brent England added, “We are excited to be partnering with Openpay and to offer this flexible payment solution to our customers giving them the choice to pay in a way that works for them and allowing consumers to spread the cost of their purchases over time.”
