Australian fintech Zeller has unveiled Zeller Corporate Cards, marking a significant leap forward in business expense management, addressing pain points in existing offerings while acknowledging the evolving use cases of corporate cards.
According to recent American Express research, for those businesses that had already automated payments, 44% reported saving an average of 7.3 hours per week of their finance team’s time.
Zeller Corporate Cards offer versatility, extending beyond individual use for day-to-day expenses, to encompass standalone projects to consolidate expenditure, within departments or teams, being issued to clients, or to track and manage expenses across different business locations.
“Zeller Corporate Cards cater to a broad audience, spanning from small business owners to CFOs, accountants, and bookkeepers, meeting the needs of both small enterprises and larger businesses, Zeller CEO and co-founder, Ben Pfisterer said.
“Crafted with the end-user in focus, Zeller Corporate Cards go beyond traditional expense management, providing seamless control over team expenses, simplified spending tracking, and reconciliations. This aims to improve how they manage, track, and automate team and project expenses.”
Zeller Corporate Cards are instantly created with the ability to issue a virtual card with just a click, or order a physical card, providing flexibility for various business and spending scenarios.
Recurring budgets can be automated to renew daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or quarterly, and transaction limits set to ensure spending stays within defined parameters. Attaching notes, receipts, and invoices directly to expenses enables a paperless approach to record-keeping and finance reconciliation. In addition, finance teams can track expenses and see cash balance in real-time through the Zeller Dashboard.
As part of the launch, Zeller is offering customers the opportunity to try Zeller Corporate Cards for free until April 1, 2024.
Zeller Corporate Cards seamlessly integrate into the Zeller financial services ecosystem including EFTPOS payments, online invoicing, transaction accounts, debit cards, and more in one centralised account.
