Australian bedroom specialist Forty Winks has grown its retail footprint, opening three new stores in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
The company has expanded rapidly in recent years, which chairman Paul Amos said could be attributed to the company’s franchise model, and the new locations will take the business up to 97 stores.
“Our ongoing success is attributed to our successful franchise model and our group of loyal and committed franchisees, the lifeblood of the brand,” he said. “We’re thrilled to see existing franchisees expanding their businesses with the opening of new stores in both Springvale (Victoria) and Marsden Park (NSW).”
The Victorian and NSW stores will be opened by existing franchisees, while the Queensland store will be operated by a newcomer to the Forty Winks brand.
“We’re equally as thrilled to work with new and experienced business operators, as we welcome new members to our Forty Winks network,” said Amos. “We look forward to seeing our brand build in Mackay (Queensland) with new business owners at the helm.”
