Leading payment-linked loyalty technology company, Loyalty Now, has achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification, a globally recognised standard for information security management.
This marks the first time Loyalty Now has received this certification, solidifying its position as a market leader in the business-to-business (B2B) payment-linked offers (PLO) loyalty and rewards space. The certification is valid for three years, with an option to renew thereafter.
The ISO 27001:2022 certification underscores Loyalty Now’s commitment to implementing and maintaining a robust information security management system (ISMS). This certification applies to organisations aiming to formalise and enhance their processes around information security, privacy, and the protection of information assets.

The scope of the certification covers the design, development, maintenance, and support of technology-enabled loyalty and rewards Payment-as-a-Solution (PaaS)/Software-as-a-Solution (SaaS) offerings.
This includes payment-linked offers (PLO), aggregators’ PLO (APLO), and allied merchant and managed services. In addition, the certification encompasses innovation management, third-party partnership management, and gift/virtual card reseller management.
