Australian retail technology business, tutch has announced a multi-year foundation partnership agreement with Australia’s leading specialist retailer of lights, ceiling fans and light globes, Beacon Lighting.
The partnership comes after a successful three-month proof of concept with customers embracing the tutch in-store endless aisle digital SaaS technology which has led to significant increases in customer basket size and transaction value.
The tutch digital transactional solution will be expanded to more than 70 Beacon stores across Australia by September this year. tutch provides Beacon Lighting’s retail team members with the opportunity to digitally present to customers the complete and extended Beacon Lighting product range regardless of the store size.

“tutch’s customisable digital touchscreens blend the online and physical store environments to create one seamless, interactive omni-channel experience for shoppers,” she said.
Beacon Lighting CEO, Glen Robinson said he was looking forward to tutch’s technology enabling customer assisted sales checkout and or self-service checkout.
