Ecommerce fulfilment provider, eStore Logistics has opened an exclusive fulfilment centre for online homewares and furniture retailer, Temple & Webster in Derrimut, Victoria. It is the first dedicated facility set up by eStore Logistics for a single client.

The site was fast-tracked due to the repaid increase in requirements from Temple & Webster with thousands of furniture and homewares orders processed each day, and to support future growth. It features bespoke transport and operations configurations made possible by the exclusive, single client tenancy.

eStore Logistics founder, Leigh Williams (pictured above) believes personalised fulfilment centres are a game-changing solution for customers.

“We’re noticing a market for this type of personalised service. As businesses like Temple & Webster grow in both size and order numbers, they have more specialised fulfilment requirements. As true partners to our customers, we’re happy to build bespoke sites and grow alongside them. We’d love to do more of this work for our thriving customers and see it being a huge opportunity for our own business down the line.”

The Temple & Webster fulfilment centre is being completed in two phases. The first 12,835sqm is live and operational now, and the second will be an additional 11,952sqm of fulfilment operations which will go live in September 2022.

“We’re proud of our 11-year partnership with Temple & Webster and have grown alongside them during this time. The rollout of personalised fulfilment centres is part of Temple & Webster’s strategy to future-proof the business against anticipated growth and increasing customer expectations,” Williams added.

Temple & Webster CEO, Mark Coulter said eStore Logistics has been an important partner for Temple & Webster over the years.

“Our number one focus is to ensure an optimum end-to-end experience for our customers, and our relationship with eStore Logistics enables us to offer a best-in-class fulfilment service while keeping our business asset-light. We have our sights set on strong growth over the next five years and know that this personalised fulfilment site with eStore will play a big role in helping us get there.”
