FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corporation, is expanding the customer experience for shippers in rural and regional Australia by providing them with access to shipping solution, FedEx Ship Manager Lite (FSML) from their mobile devices to ship a package without having to print documents.
FSML was previously only available to FedEx customers in metropolitan areas. Now more customers including local businesses and e-tailers across the country can enjoy efficient and convenient paperless shipping service.

The FSML courier pick-up service enhancement is available to FedEx account holders and guest shippers in Australia.
