Global online shopper service, Boxer has joined forces with Good On You, fashion’s leading source for brand sustainability ratings that help millions of consumers make informed choices. Under the partnership, Boxer will offer its after-sales services to consumers shopping from brands highly rated by Good On You and using Good On You’s enterprise tools to grow partnerships with brands.
As a part of Boxer’s shopper service, the partnership will help promote circularity by connecting conscious consumers who add Boxer cover to their purchase with local repairs and other solutions that support more sustainable choices.
Headquartered in New Zealand, Boxer is a unique online shopper service which offers protection if a product isn’t delivered, isn’t genuine, or is faulty, for up to three years. The company is now helping facilitate a more sustainable after-sales shopping experience so that items it repairs or replaces can be recycled or reused in or close by the shopper’s home market.
Boxer founder and CEO, Scott Kendall said, “Thanks to Boxer’s partnership with Good On You, shoppers and stores now have the opportunity to make online shopping even more sustainable. On top of offering local repairs and recycling, which reduce global freight and landfill waste, Boxer will surface Good on You sustainability ratings to the customer, so shoppers can see at a glance whether a store aligns with their values.”
Good On You head of enterprise, Penny Whitelaw added, “We’re excited to team up with Boxer to help support highly rated brands and conscious shoppers. Boxer is in a unique position to promote circular choices and make them more accessible to consumers. By incorporating repair and local sustainability services in its offering to consumers, Boxer helps consumers feel confident supporting highly rated brands and loving their clothes for longer.”
