Luxury fashion retailer, Incu and Uber Direct are partnering to offer customers rapid delivery. Customers can now shop on Incu and get their items from store to door in under two hours with Uber Direct.
The linkup between Incu and Uber Direct allows Sydneysiders and Melburnians to shop full priced items from the Incu Sydney Galeries, Melbourne CBD and Chadstone stores with an unparalleled level of convenience.
Incu CEO, Doug Low said, “We’ve found that shopping isn’t restricted to 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We want to make sure that we are exceeding expectations as our products are an emotional purchase which should carry all the way to delivery.
“Our biggest shopping days in store are always on the weekend, but we feel like part of this is due to having that instant gratification and we’re hoping that by partnering with Uber we can fit around consumers’ lifestyles, while still giving them that feel good moment over the weekend.”
Uber Direct general manager of Australia and New Zealand, Ben Goodger added, “As online shopping continues to thrive, retailers are looking to make delivery more convenient and use technology to enhance their customer experience. We’re pleased to be partnering with Incu and providing them with the technology needed to offer their customers faster-than-ever-before delivery.”
With Uber Direct, Incu customers receive live updates and can track their packages with Uber Direct’s real-time maps technology. At launch they will be able to get items delivered with a $0 delivery for the first two weeks of the partnership before it reverts to a flat fee of $20.
