Interparcel can now be integrated with MyPost Business and Parcel Contract (eParcel) combining Australia Post’s cost-saving perks with Interparcel’s time-saving shipping tools.
With the integration, businesses can connect their ecommerce store to the Interparcel platform to centralise orders, avoid manually entering shipping details and automate 85% of the fulfilment process, such as pre-selecting their preferred courier.
Businesses can access the largest selection of courier providers and compare shipping rates to ensure they are getting the best deal. Shipping labels can be printed all at once with the ability to automatically send SMS and email notifications and tracking numbers to each customer.
Using a business logo, brand colours and upsell offers, a branded tracking portal enhances the post-purchase experience and helps build customer relationships.
“Interparcel has officially partnered with Australia Post. Together, our ultimate plan is to eliminate the fulfilment challenges that many ecommerce business owners experience on a daily basis,” Interparcel’s Jake Taylor said.
“The amount of time it takes to fulfil multiple orders and the never-ending list of repetitive shipping tasks. Plus, a lack of quality post-purchase experience for customers. While many other third-party shipping platforms will charge an arm and a leg to remove these obstacles, we’ve decided to take a different route.”
Interparcel offers a 60-day free trial and a range of tools for business owners to use free of cost.
