Munro Footwear Group (MFG) has chosen Fluent Order Management to help provide a unified view of inventory across its 250 stores and distribution centres.
MFG has footwear brands including Williams, Midas, Mathers and Mountfords, as well as wholesale brands Diana Ferrari, Colorado, Ziera, Bobux and more.
MFG’s decision to implement a new order management system is part of its ongoing investment in technology and innovation, including the rollout of a new point of sale solution in 2023 and state-of-the-art distribution centre in 2022.

Fluent Commerce will team up with ecommerce and digital consulting company, Amblique. They will introduce the new technology to over 100 MFG brands by May 2024.

At go live, MFG will have visibility of where stock is at all times across all brands, both in-store and online to unlock seamless omnichannel fulfilment.
